Find Local and National Mental Health Resources for the BIPOC Community

July is BIPOC Mental Health Month or National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month. Mental Health America's theme for 2026 is "More Good Days, Together." Check out their toolkit along with other local and national resources and services below. Also check out library programs designed to help relieve stress and anxiety.

Staff from local mental health organizations visit some libraries regularly. Please call to confirm schedules before visiting. We will update this post with more branch visits as they are scheduled.
