Holiday travel is in full swing, and we caught you reading some great books while waiting for your train at Union Station. You may have been on your daily commute home or on a long trip to visit family or friends, and you certainly have good taste in books!
Humor is always a great antidote to holiday stress, and many of us could use some advice when it comes to dating, so Aziz Ansari's Modern Romance, which is both funny and insightful, seems like the perfect light read over the holidays.
Some of you prefer something weightier, however, and you can't do much better than The Sixth Extinction, a gripping book about human-caused mass extinction, which landed on our Best of the Best list last year.
We were glad to see you toting around Little Women. This classic, set during Christmas, is certainly a cozy and charming choice for seasonal travel.
Finally, we were pleased to see you engrossed in The Book Thief. This One Book, One Chicago selection is essential reading. You really can't go wrong diving into this beautiful, affecting novel.
Readers, we look forward to catching up with you again soon!
