Take some time to slow down and breathe...focusing on both your physical and mental well-being. Mindfulness, meditation and yoga are three best practices and skills that'll help you manage stress and anxiety, and help you create a calm and positive attitude.
These drop-in workshops offered on four Saturdays at 11 a.m. (beginning July 13 through August 24) will help you improve your life by enhancing your personal growth and creativity.
All levels, including beginners, are welcome, and all teens under 18 must have a signed parental consent form to participate.
