Albany Park Branch hosts an Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month art exhibit in May featuring Korean stamps.

Jin Lee, a president of the Keumsil Cultural Society, puts on a Korean stamp exhibit, titled Exploring the Korean Past, to showcase Korean arts, culture, politics, sports and U.S.-Korea relations through stamps.

This exhibit presents historic milestones of Korea including the first Korean stamp issued, the freedom of Korea, development of diplomatic relations between Korea and the United States, as well as various symbols of Korean culture, the Seoul Olympics 1988, Korean presidents, traditional Korean dresses and musical instruments. The exhibit covers 1884 to the present.
