Jeffery Manor Branch hosts a Polish American Heritage Month art exhibit in October featuring artist Joanna Partyka.
Artist Statement
"Life is full of surprises.
"I received my master's in literature from Jagiellonian University, Poland. I then worked in the film business in London, United Kingdom, for few years. After moving to the United States I started to paint and draw and I cannot stop.
"My art journey is full of adventures, discoveries and "eureka" moments. There are also some frustrations and drawbacks. But I must admit that every time I hold a brush in my hand I feel like I have found my own paradise.
