How to Stay Healthy for Kids

Have you heard grownups talking about something called coronavirus disease 2019 or Covid-19? What have you heard?

Anybody can catch coronavirus. People who catch coronavirus might feel like they have a cold or cough. The only way to know for sure whether you have coronavirus is to get tested

Luckily, there are three things you can do to stay healthy right now and all year round:

No. 1: Wash your hands. Read Do Not Lick This Book* to learn how germs are spread.

No. 2: Cover your nose when you sneeze and your mouth when you cough. Don't blow the laundry off the line like Elmo in Elmo Says Achoo!

No. 3: Stay home. And if you feel sick, stay in bed just like Amos in A Sick Day for Amos McGee.
