City Colleges of Chicago offers tuition-free English as a Second Language (ESL) classes for Illinois residents. City Colleges ESL classes are available at locations across the city and online. There are beginning, intermediate and advanced levels. Classes teach reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar and vocabulary skills.
