Chicago Public Library is always happy when our youngest patrons visit with their caregivers!
There are lots of ways you and your toddler can enjoy their visit to the library. The library is a fun and free place to practice socializing, learn new things, and most importantly; have fun!
At the library you can:
- Take your toddler to a toddler story time.
- Support your toddler's growing early literacy skills.
- Play pretend, with blocks, with books and especially with other kids!
- Find attention-grabbing books perfect for toddlers always on the move.
- Dive into a rhyme or two, if you have time.
- Pick up books on special topics, like getting a new sibling, being a friend, and more.
- And so much more!
