Join us for a virtual discussion with the Chicago Women's Health Center on Tuesday, October 21, 2025. During this workshop led by Scout Bratt from the Chicago Women's Health Center, we'll focus on the impact of menopause on bodies, minds, and relationships. We'll be reviewing research throughout history and challenging misinformation. In addition to considering treatment options, we'll consider practices for both self-care and community care. This workshop will be rooted in a feminist approach to menopause. Please send questions by October 16 to adultservices@chipublib.org. Similar questions will be combined, and we cannot guarantee that every question will be answered.
Read more about menopause in MEDLINE. The International Menopause Society also provides information about menopause including fact sheets, vocabulary, and videos and podcasts.
