The Chicago Public Library is excited to be part of Sundays on State, the award-winning street festival that brings art, music, food, and community to the heart of the Loop.

Admission: Free and open to all
Hosted by Chicago Loop Alliance, this free event transforms State Street into a pedestrian-friendly block party filled with live performances, interactive art, local vendors, family activities, and more. The event has welcomed over a million visitors and continues to unite communities while supporting local businesses.
During both event dates, all are invited to visit the Chicago Public Library to learn about upcoming programs and services, participate in family-friendly activities, pick up free giveaways (while supplies last), and connect with library staff. Whether you're a regular library user or just getting to know CPL, we look forward to seeing you.
