Dear Independence Branch Patrons,
Due to the October 30 fire in the commercial block that houses the library, we are currently closed.
Patrons with holds materials that have been ordered or are in transit to Independence Branch have been rerouted to Mayfair Branch at 4400 W. Lawrence Avenue.
We encourage you to visit nearby libraries including Mayfair, Albany Park or Sulzer Regional Library, and look forward to resuming library services to the Irving Park community as soon as we can. Thank you.
