Chicago Parade Paintings at Harold Washington Library Center

Experience the vibrancy of Chicago’s cultural parades and festivals in these portrait paintings by Christopher Tuscan, on display July 10 through August 31 at the Harold Washington Library Center.

Tuscan's exhibit, Chicago On Parade, is in the 8th floor exhibit cases as well as the Popular Library exhibit cases on the ground floor.

Also on display are Tuscan’s lush landscape paintings. A graduate of the Ringling School of Art & Design, the Chicago artist has exhibited his artwork nationally for over two decades.

Tuscan will give an Artist Talk at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 22 in the Chicago Authors Room on the 7th floor of the Harold Washington Library Center.
