Stop by the Harold Washington Library Center on your way to this year's Arts in the Dark Parade.
Spark your creativity and make your own "Trick or Tote" bag with glow in the dark vinyl decals. Customize and design your own mask with sequins and feathers. For our younger crafters, visit the Thomas Hughes Children's Library on the 2nd floor. The Create Cart will be supplied with glow in the dark materials and a mask making activity. All available while supplies last.
Artists will be in for an extra treat with a visit from a surprise special guest.
