Coffee, Doughnuts and Twin Peaks: Part II

Upon my recent completion of Twin Peaks The Return, I've confirmed my complete obsession with the show. Now it is up on my home bookshelf that I've designated as the spot for personally "life-changing" literature and art. I'm just about ready to crack open Twin Peaks and Philosophy to help me unravel the wild dream. Who's with me on this? Wherever and whoever you are, here are more materials (in addition to suggestions from my previous TP post) for you to immerse yourself in.

The Secret Diary of Laura Palmer is a heartbreaking account of Laura's brutal fall from grace and offers a further understanding of her harsh circumstances as well as her psychology.

Soundtrack From Twin Peaks Let's rock! Snap your fingers and take a whirl into this candy-colored soundscape of jazzy romance and mysterious rhythm from the first and second seasons.

Twin Peaks Isn't it too dreamy? The soundtrack to The Return mesmerizes as much as Angelo Badalamenti's original.

David Lynch Learn more about the man behind the red curtain in this revealing documentary about the artist's life.

Catching the Big Fish gives insight into Lynch's firm belief in meditation. Check out The David Lynch Foundation for more information about the Transcendental Meditation movement.
