Southwest Parish and Neighborhood Federation (SPNF) was a Catholic community organization founded as an umbrella organization for several neighborhood groups in the Gage Park neighborhood of Chicago. The federation offered programs and initiatives on a variety of topics including fair housing, neighborhood development, senior citizens’ issues, transportation and crime.
