Millennium Park
Patrons can watch the site transform from an industrial wasteland to a new urban park of world renown. These photographs provide a record of Chicago’s Millennium Park, including detailed images of the construction of Cloud Gate, the Jay Pritzker Music Pavilion, B.P. Pedestrian Bridge, Crown Fountain and Millennium Monument. The Millennium Park Digital Collection was made possible by generous gifts from U.S. Equities Realty and the Gaylord and Dorothy Donnelley Foundation through the Chicago Public Library Foundation.
