Penny, a girl who has lived in New York her whole life, population of 8,200,000, has to move to a small town, Hog’s Hollow, population of 5,134. She has to leave everything behind, all of her friends, including her Dad, because her Mom got custody of Penny when they divorced. Her mom opens a cupcake bakery; just cupcakes, and nothing else in this small town. Before school starts, her mom asks Penny to help deliver cupcakes to a girl’s, Charity, birthday party. Charity, hates Penny from the beginning, and then a disaster happens at the party. Penny finds out that Charity hates her, but it isn’t just because of the disaster, it’s because of Penny’s mom. Could Penny’s mother be hiding something from her? To top it off, Penny meets a boy on the beach, but Charity also wants him! What could happen next to Penny? Anything really, find out by reading
