Histories for Kids, Inc.
Historical Illinois – The Lincoln Years

The history of Illinois would not be complete without a look at the life of America’s 16th President, Abraham Lincoln. Kids are just in time for Lincoln’s 200th birthday as we hear stories of his days as a young man in New Salem, Illinois through the tragic end to his presidency. These stories are told by host Stephen A. Douglas as portrayed by award-winning actor, Terry Lynch.
