Bookamania
Calling all children, ages 3 to 10, and their families to celebrate -- BOOKAMANIA!!
Each November, the Saturday before Thanksgiving, approximately 4,000+ children and parents come to the Harold Washington Library Center to:
- Meet Authors and Illustrators
- See performances
- Hear storytellers and musicians
- Create crafts related to books
- Meet favorite book characters
- Schedule of 2009 event program
The celebration also includes:
- Programs in neighborhood libraries leading up to Bookamania
- Bookamania book list to continue the celebration of books in your own home!
