DESCRIPTION:<p>The Neighborhood Writing Alliance&nbsp;(NWA) was founded on the proposition that <em>Every Person Is a Philosopher</em>.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;NWA's weekly writing group&nbsp;provokes dialogue, builds community and promotes change by creating opportunities for participants to write, publish and perform works about their lives.
