DESCRIPTION:<p>Meet<strong> NANCY GROSSMAN, </strong>author <strong>of <em>A World Away, </em></strong>the story of Eliza, a sixteen year-old&nbsp;Amish girl on her <em>Rumspringa</em>.&nbsp;Eliza explores the modern world through a job working as a nanny and, after discovering more about herself, her family and the world at large, must decide if she&rsquo;s ready to return to the Amish community or not.&nbsp; Which would you choose? As part of the <strong>Now is the Time</strong> <strong>Project</strong>&nbsp;, which encourages teens to make positive change in their communities, Teen Voume programs in December offer opportunities for teens ages 12-18 to meet local authors and participate in conversations about making a embracing difference, difficult choices and meaningful difference in our city!</p>
