As part of the <strong>Now is the Time</strong> <strong>Project</strong>&nbsp;, which encourages teens to make positive change in their communities, Teen Voume programs in December offer opportunities for teens ages 12-18 to meet local authors and participate in conversations about making a meaningful difference in our city!</p>
