DESCRIPTION:<p>Meet<strong> CHRIS RYLANDER</strong>, author of<strong> </strong><em><strong>The Fourth Stall </strong></em><strong>series, who will present readings from his humorous books about two boys, </strong>Mac and Vince, who establish an &ldquo;office&rdquo; located in the fourth stall of the boys&rsquo; bathroom. As part of the <strong>Now is the Time</strong> <strong>Project</strong>&nbsp;, which encourages teens to make positive change in their communities, Teen Voume programs in December offer opportunities for teens ages 12-18 to meet local authors and participate in conversations about making a meaningful difference in our city!</p>
