DESCRIPTION:<p>What choices does one make in times of war? This is one of the many questions asked in <em>The Book Thief</em> and is mirrored in the experiences of Paul Rusesabagina during the Rwandan genocide of 1994.<br>Rusesabagina sheltered more than a thousand Tutsis and moderate Hutus&nbsp;in the hotel where he was concierge&mdash;a story captured in the film <em>Hotel Rwanda</em> and in Rusesabagina&rsquo;s autobiography <em>An Ordinary Man.<br><br></em>The&nbsp;humanitarian activist&nbsp;joins <em>Worldview</em> host Jerome McDonnell for a discussion about taking action against injustice.<br><br>Seating is available first come, first served.&nbsp; Reservations are not required.&nbsp; Books will be available for purchase and Mr.&nbsp;Rusesabagina will sign copies at the conclusion of the program.<br><br>This program is made possible with support from the <a href='http://www.cplfoundation.org/site/PageServer?pagename=deploymenthome' title='Chicago Public Library Foundation'>Chicago Public Library Foundation</a>.</p>
