SUMMARY:Chicago Public Library Event -  ScienceConnections 2012 Radical Robots
DESCRIPTION:<p>The Chicago Public Library-Children and YA Services is pleased to host Mad Science of Chicago for a six weeks, hands-on exploration of robotics.&nbsp; This will be offered to children in grades 4-6 during the fall of 2012 with the goal aiding in the development of critical science and analytical skills children need to be curious, informed and educated young people&hellip;.and to make science fun, which encourages a love of learning and STEM skills.<br></p>
<p><br>Participation is limited to 15 children.&nbsp;Children are strongly encouraged to attend each of the six programs.&nbsp;These are NOT stand alone programs, rather this is a &lsquo;club&rsquo; of kids who will learn, explore and solve problems together.<br>&nbsp;</p>
