DESCRIPTION:<p class='MsoNormal' style='margin: 0in 0in 0pt;'>Kevin Phillips, former White House strategist and author of the bestsellers, <em style='mso-bidi-font-style: normal;'>American<strong style='mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;'> </strong>Theocracy</em> and <em style='mso-bidi-font-style: normal;'>American Dynasty</em>, will discuss and sign his new book, <strong style='mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;'><em style='mso-bidi-font-style: normal;'>Bad Money: Reckless Finance, Failed Politics and the Global Crisis of American Capitalism</em></strong>. In it, Phillips describes the consequences of our misguided economic policies, our mounting debt, collapsing housing market, threatened oil and the end of American domination of world markets. He investigates how our global overreach and worn-out politics have pointed U.S. capitalism toward a global crisis and what the new administration must do to reverse the tide.</p>
