DESCRIPTION:Free tax assistance for households earning up to $45,000 and individuals up to $20,000 annually is available through a partnership with Ladder Up at the Harold Washington Library Center from 5 p.m.&nbsp;to 8 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday; from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. every Saturday; and during selected hours on Mondays and Wednesday in April.<br><br>This program takes place on the 5th floor of the Harold Washington Library Center.<br><br>For a full list of Tax Assistance Program sites, including those open on Saturdays, please visit <a href='http://www.goladderup.org' title='Ladder Up org'>www.goladderup.org</a> or call (312) 409-1555.
