About this event:
An alternative to in-depth book discussions of a pre-selected title, the 'What Are You Reading?' book chat provides a chance to meet your neighbors, to learn about new authors, and to to talk about the wide variety of books we're reading for leisure.
Be prepared to say a few words about a book you're reading: What made you decide to pick it up? What do you like about it so far? Would you recommend it to others with similar interests?
This program is held outside of the library at Marie's Pizza, 4129 W. Lawrence Ave., 60630. A food or drink purchase is not required, but would be appreciated by our kind hosts.
Registration:
Advance registration is not necessary, but first-time attendees are encouraged to telephone or email librarian Bob Conrad so he can reserve a large enough table for the group, and welcome you when you arrive.
