In celebration of Women’s History Month, please join us to learn about the Anat Baniel Method™! The Anat Baniel Method™ based on the work of Moshe Feldenkrais, accesses the nervous system through gentle, directed movement. We learn to move with more freedom as our brain chooses actions that are the most effortless and pain free. Gentle, directed movement can re-educate your brain to move your body in the most stress and pain-free way possible.
