About this event:
Please join us as we discuss The Snow Child, by Eowyn Ivey. Centering on the mysterious appearance of a young girl in 1920's Alaska, this story is reminiscent of a magical fairy tale. Faina, as the young girl calls herself, seems to be a child of the woods. The Snow Child is a spellbinding tale full of wonder, hope and beauty set against the harsh reality of Alaska in the 1920's.
This month's book discussion will take place in room 3N-6. Librarians are moderators.
No registration required.
A limited number of discussion copies are available at the 7th floor reference desk.
