Meet CHRIS RYLANDER, author of The Fourth Stall series, who will present readings from his humorous books about two boys, Mac and Vince, who establish an “office” located in the fourth stall of the boys’ bathroom. As part of the Now is the Time Project , which encourages teens to make positive change in their communities, Teen Voume programs in December offer opportunities for teens ages 12-18 to meet local authors and participate in conversations about making a meaningful difference in our city!
