This class will examine market trends and explain in some detail the factors that contributed to the housing meltdown. We will look at rent vs. buy index and explain absorption rates and how they are used. Also in discussion are various buyer approaches to evaluating real estate, what to expect going forward, what factors contribute to demand, and how to be a smart consumer.
