Join us in celebration of the popular picture book, Ladybug Girl and the Bug Squad, by the husband and wife team of David Somar and Jacky Davis.
Help us break the record for the largest shared reading experience ever as thousands of children and adults across the nation read Ladybug Girl and the Bug Squad during the week of September 27 through October 4. A story reading and related crafts and activities are provided for ages 3 to 5 years, caregivers and families.
Chicago Public Library invites your participation as part of Jumpstart’s Read for the Record campaign, which raises national awareness about the economic disparity in early education.
