About this event:
The Chicago Public Library-Children and YA Services is pleased to host Mad Science of Chicago for a six weeks, hands-on exploration of robotics. This will be offered to children in grades 4-6 during the fall of 2012 with the goal aiding in the development of critical science and analytical skills children need to be curious, informed and educated young people….and to make science fun, which encourages a love of learning and STEM skills.
Participation is limited to 15 children. Children are strongly encouraged to attend each of the six programs. These are NOT stand alone programs, rather this is a ‘club’ of kids who will learn, explore and solve problems together.
