It's never too early to learn basic money concepts. Using money is about making choices, knowing the difference between needs and wants and knowing the meaning of value. Join us for three story times sponsored by PNC Bank, introducing the basic skills of spending, sharing and saving. This program is the first in the series and will stress the concept of spending.
