About this event:
Artist Bernadette Foch conducts a kid-friendly Halloween craft program. Using color diffusing paper, markers and a splash of water, Bernadette teaches attendees how to turn Halloween patterns into colorful, spook-tacular scenes. For children of all ages. This program takes place in the Children's Program Room of the Thomas Hughes Children's Library.
