About this event:
The Chicago Public Schools, Office of Specialized Services, is offering free developmental screening to children from birth through 5 years of age. The early developmental screening program provides valid developmental screening and informs parents of their child's development. The screening is administered upon written request and the results will be provided at the conclusion of the screening. The parent/cargiver will need to fill out a consent form and provide the child's name, date, and address. Biligual Spanish screenings are available.
