Mr. Andrew Comens, a renowned cooking instructor who has taught at various branches of the Chicago Public Library, will present a Dim Sum cooking demonstration and tasting. The tradition of dim sum has its origins in early China where small bite-sized snacks were served at tea houses. Join Andrew for dim sum and learn how to make Shrimp and Pork Siu Mai and Beef.
