Mr. Bert Tan, a member of the Chinese American Culture Foundation, presents the Art of the Chinese Tea Ceremony. This program includes a discussion of the history of tea, kinds of teas, the best way of developing the full flavor of tea, tea utensils and how to prepare and serve tea to your guests. This presentation will conclude with a tea & snack tasting.
