Bright Start is Illinois’ 529 Savings Plan for college. It is a tax-advantaged way for families to save for the future costs of higher education. An account can be opened for as little as $25 and savings can be used at colleges around the country. Investment basics including tax benefits and plan options will be presented. Come and learn why it is never too late to start a college savings plan!
