Presidential appetites are well known to be finicky—from cottage cheese with ketchup to jelly beans in the oval office--but what would Lincoln have eaten?  Food historian Penelope Bingham will detail Lincoln’s diet from log cabin to White House and discuss how his changes in diet mirrored changes in the country.
