About this event:
Join us in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the classic children's book, Corduroy. A story reading and related crafts and activities are provided for ages 3 to 8 years, caregivers and families.

Help us break the record for the largest shared reading experience ever as thousands of children and adults across the nation read Corduroy on October 2nd.

Chicago Public Library invites your participation as part of Jumpstart's Read for the Record campaign, which raises national awareness about the economic disparity in early education.
