On the eve of the 50th annual Chicago Air and Water Show, come see the best film about pilots and flight ever made! Based on the Fall 2008 One Book, One Chicago selection, the award-winning 1983 adaptation of Tom Wolfe's The Right Stuff, stars Ed Harris, Dennis Quaid, Sam Shepard and Barbara Hershey. The book and the film are about, as Wolfe wrote, those with the “most righteous” stuff of all. See it in the open air in the most righteous place of all, Grant Park. 185 minutes.
