GOVERNMENT PUBLICATIONS

On the south end of the fifth floor the Government Publications Department serves as a depository for United States documents. State of Illinois publications and the City of Chicago Municipal Reference Collection compose the remainder of the documents. Closed stacks hold the majority of the collection, as items must be requested at the reference desk. Maps produced by government agencies occupy the southeast corner. This corner also features Ogun's Rooster, a work by Muneer Bahauddeen.
