The rental rates listed below are currently in effect for events held of up to four hours at the Harold Washington Library Center. Fees are based on up to four hours of use unless otherwise noted. Please contact the Corporate & Private Events Department with any questions.
Winter Garden Monday - Thursday Corporate: $6,250 Not-for-Profit: $4,750 Wedding: $6,500
Friday - Sunday Corporate: $7,000 Not-for-Profit: $5,500 Wedding: $6,500
Each additional hour is $500. Refundable Security Deposit of $1,000 is required.
South Hall With the rental of the Winter Garden, Cindy Pritzker Auditorium, the rates below apply:
Monday - Sunday Corporate: $1,500 Not-for-Profit: $1,500 Wedding: $1,500
Fees are based on a two hour rental period. Refundable Security Deposit of $500 is required.
The South Hall is available on a limited basis for private rental for up to 4 hours at the rates indicated below.
Monday - Sunday Corporate: $4,000 Not-for-Profit: $4,000 Wedding: $4,000 Each additional hour is $500. Refundable Security Deposit of $1,000 is required.
Grand Lobby With the rental of the Winter Garden or Cindy Pritzker Auditorium, the rates below apply:

Video Theater Corporate: $500 Not-for-Profit: $350
Fees are based on a four hour rental period. Each additional hour is $50. Refundable Security Deposit of $150 is required.
