The Chicago Public Library is celebrating Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month (May) with a series of art exhibits of works by Asian/Pacific American artists. These exhibits can be seen at library locations throughout the city. Richard J. Daley features artist Sumathi Natarajan. Natarajan is a freelance artist in Chicago. She describes her artwork as representing an honest and dedicated attempt to revive the ancient art forms of rural India.
